Using Contact Center plug-in simplifies addition of contact center request functionality to these applications.
The plug-in helps offering self- and live service via voice, text and picture messaging available concurrently, via Bright Pattern’s Rich Contact Experience technology. It also helps with passing information relevant to the routing and servicing of the request, for example: location within the application from where the request is coming from, geographic location, user profile information and the like.
The plug-in offers a number of widgets for:

- Past interaction history
- Customer satisfaction survey
