We are looking for CRM Integrations Engineers to join our strong professional team bringing the next generation contact center technology.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CRM integrations engineer (client side) will be responsible for the extensive product line of integrations of BrightPattern Contact center with major cloud CRM providers.
  • Client-side integration include UI integration between Bright Patterns’s Agent Desktop application with CRM web applications including screen pop, click to call, activity history.

 

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Good knowledge of one of major cloud CRM providers: SalesForce,Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CX (RightNow), ServiceNow, Zendesk
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, GWT
  • Single Sign-On protocols and techniques. SAML2, JSON Web Token
