Senior Marketing Manager

Become an integral part of our growing marketing and sales team as a Marketing Programs Manager for a super-fast growing cloud software startup in the customer experience industry! Position Summary

The Marketing Programs Manager will own key areas in marketing and make a visible contribution to marketing success in areas including:  customer marketing, social media marketing, partner marketing, marketing campaigns, events, and marketing metrics.  Your contributions won’t be limited by the job scope as your experience and capabilities will allow you to contribute where your skills dictate.   You will understand the target market, personas, and market trends to help define the organization’s marketing strategy, and as part of the marketing team provide advice as to how to best market to help drive sales.  Successful candidates will be creative, innovative, detail-oriented, well-organized, and a self-starter with the ability to handle various marketing projects.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Marketing efforts working directly with customers and partners (success stories, customer press, customer videos, and customer section of the website) 
  • Lead Customer Review Programs across key review sites (G2Crowd, Trust Radius, Gartner Digital Markets
  • Attend and manage Tradeshow logistics and related social and marketing promotions
  • Manage Social Media marketing
  • Work closely with partners on joint Partner Marketing Programs and partner enablement assets via our partner portal
  • Help the marketing team develop, implement and track Marketing Programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, events and display ads to target accounts
  • Work with other team members in creating marketing campaigns using HubSpot, our marketing automation platform (experience in Hubspot not needed)
  • Occasionally assist with International Marketing for the LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns via monthly marketing dashboard

Qualifications and Educational

  • Entrepreneurial creative self-starter with ability to manager a diverse set of projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • 2 – 5 years experience as a marketing manager 
  • Ability to understand buyer personas, pain points, objectives for use in marketing campaigns or programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Terminus, ZoomInfo, PRNewswire, etc. is a plus but can learn and be trained on these marketing tech tools too
  • Strong attention to detail
