Bright Pattern, which includes some of the top leadership and engineers that helped build Genesys for the enterprise, is now bringing next generation enterprise-class capabilities to companies of all sizes.
Konstantin Kishinsky brings a strong background leading engineering and advanced application development teams. He has served in key management roles at Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories, Inc., as VP of Product Development at FrontRange, and as Founder and CEO of Cayo Communications Inc.
Michael McCloskey, former president of Genesys and Kana Software, is a highly experienced technology executive with a proven track record of building high-growth technology companies. He has been highlighted in numerous investment analyst reports, as well as national publications, including Forbes, Businessweek, and others.
In addition to contact center industry-pioneers McCloskey and Kishinsky, Bright Pattern is led by an executive team who are industry veterans in the contact center space
Sergey Menshikov’s diverse experience spans software and information development, network engineering, product definition and marketing, and software engineering management. He has led product development teams at Genesys, Cayo Communications, and Frontrange Solutions.
Brian Hays is responsible for the company’s global activities, field sales, and partner channel development. He has over 30 years’ experience in enterprise sales, sales management and developing strategic alliances. Prior to Bright Pattern, Brian spent over 18 years at Genesys.
Ted Hunting has led marketing for start-ups and most recently led NA Marketing at Genesys. Ted’s marketing experience includes branding, digital demand gen, field marketing, partner marketing, and PR. Ted is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (marketing and finance).
