Managing Director of APAC Channel Sales – Cloud Contact Center Software

Bright Pattern is looking for a Junior Product Manager to help discern market product trends and define software products for our innovative cloud contact center platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Key Customer Use Cases for the Contact Center Market
  • Analyze Market Environment
  • Demonstrate Key Capabilities of the Bright Pattern Platform
  • Create innovative solutions using Bright Pattern and our APIs
  • Define solutions so they are easily understood by dev manager, dev and QA engineers, and tech writers

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • Ability to code in programming languages
  • Code in a programming language and use of APIs
  • Understanding how modern web/SaaS technologies work, knowledge of IP telephony is a plus
