The report shows Bright Pattern’s partner, Aspect Software, in the visionaries’ quarter having aggressively grown their hosting and managed service revenues.  They have entered the cloud contact center space with their Zipwire offering.  The Zipwire cloud contact center offering is based on Bright Pattern’s platform.

The report also notes the lack of CCaaS-only providers currently offering a substantial enough global presence.

“Bright Pattern is very proud to be mentioned in the Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure for our CCaaS platform”, said Konstantin Kishinsky, CEO of Bright Pattern, “and we are happy to report that from the time the paper was published our partners have established operations in more than 10 countries around the world using our CCaaS platform. We have a global presence.”
