Bright Pattern Returns to CCW Vegas to Host Workshop: Omnichannel CX and Beyond – What’s Next in 2024?

South San Francisco, Calif., June 6, 2023 – Bright Pattern is headed back to Customer Contact Event in Las Vegas to showcase its advanced contact center software. The annual CCW trade show brings together leading customer service industry professionals and experts to discuss insights and trends in the contact center industry.

Bright Pattern will be exhibiting at Booth #616 to demo its newly-developed innovative software capabilities as well as its core software features. Attendees are invited and encouraged to speak with the Bright Pattern team about their CX strategies and goals. 

In addition, Bright Pattern is hosting a workshop session to discuss innovations in the contact center industry for CX leaders to apply to their customer service initiatives: Omnichannel CX and Beyond – What’s Next in 2024? The format of the workshop will consist of presentations of ideas, interactive voting by session attendees, and discussions of each topic with contributions from the customer panel and audience members. Topics will include new channels (messengers, AI, and ChatGPT), Omnichannel Conversations, Omnichannel Quality Management, and the future wave of Omni-Enterprise CX™. The panel of speakers features three leaders in the contact center space:

  • Jessica Osborn, IT Support Services Operations Manager at Randstad
  • Othmar Mueller von Blumencron, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at VIPdesk

Finally, Bright Pattern has been recognized by CCW for its innovative contact center platform and new omni-enterprise capabilities that are a first in the industry.
